The Wholepreneur is not another blog telling you how to market and grow your freelance business.
It is a collection of insights and tips intended to inspire solopreneurs (a.k.a independent professionals or sole proprietors) to stay healthy and safe so that your businesses remain healthy and strong.
On the blog, I dive into mental, physical, financial and social health and wellness through interviews with experts, recaps of events, insights gleaned from books and articles, and conversations with other solopreneurs.
About Me
I spent more than twelve years of my career helping employers understand the importance of protecting the health, safety and wellness of their employees. I wrote, and still write, content that proves that not only is it the right thing to do, it simply makes good business sense. So it was only natural when I launched Fresh Communications six years ago that I made a commitment that my health and wellness would be a priority in my business planning.
Just as I invest in insurance to protect my business, I believe I must invest the time and money necessary to take care of my whole health. For me, that means managing my mental, physical, financial and social health.
